The Polaroid
Book is quite simply a wonderful thing.
The pictures
are taken with a 6 x 7 camera with a polaroid 'back' on it. The polaroids
produced are fantastically rich in colour and as there are no negatives
involved they are absolutely unique. Below are some examples from
Ed and Natalie's wedding. I set up the camera just outside the reception
and with the help of the ushers, I took around 60 polaroids in less
than 10 minutes. During the meal I opened all the polaroids and they
were then mounted in an album. For the rest of the day, all the guests
came back and wrote a message next to their pictures. By the time
the book was finished it had become a beautiful and personal memento
from all the friends and family. Its a great alternative to the usual
'wedding album'.
